3. SMS Messaging Program

3.1 Program Description

Our SMS program delivers transactional text messages only. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Messages may include:

  • Missed call alerts — a text follow-up when we are unable to reach you by phone.
  • Service follow-ups — confirmations and check-ins related to recent service visits.
  • Appointment reminders — upcoming service date and time reminders.
  • Customer service responses — replies to questions you send us by text.

3.2 Consent and Enrollment

You are enrolled only after you affirmatively opt in (for example, by checking the SMS consent box on a Bugstinct form). Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your active services. A typical active customer receives approximately 2–5 messages per month per active service.

3.4 Message and Data Rates

Msg & data rates may apply. Messages are sent through your wireless carrier, and standard message and data charges from your plan will apply. Bugstinct LLC is not responsible for any carrier charges.

3.5 How to Opt Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send you additional texts unless you opt in again. If you need help, reply HELP to any message.

Carriers (including, without limitation, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their affiliates) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's transmission capabilities, your handset, and network availability. Bugstinct LLC makes no warranty that messages will be delivered to your device on time or at all.

3.8 Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is compatible with most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier participation may change without notice.

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
