When you check the SMS consent box on a Bugstinct LLC form, or otherwise affirmatively opt in, you agree to receive transactional text messages from us at the mobile number provided. These messages include missed call alerts, service follow-up confirmations, and appointment reminders.

• Frequency: message frequency varies based on your active services; typically 2–5 messages per month per active service.
• Cost: Msg & data rates may apply, depending on your wireless plan.
• Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, or contact us at info@bugstinct.com or (954) 671-0634, for assistance.
• Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS opt-in information (including your mobile number and consent record) is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. It may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver the messages (e.g., our SMS platform), and only for that purpose.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate our business:

• Service providers: scheduling, CRM, SMS delivery, email delivery, payment processing, hosting, and analytics vendors that act on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
